Informed by my own menopause journey and my training as a Functional Medicine Health Coach and Yoga Instructor, my work focuses on root-cause healing, intentional lifestyle habits, and nervous system support. I integrate evidence-based nutrition, mindfulness, and personalized coaching to help women rebuild their trust in their bodies and cultivate lasting resilience, confidence, and vitality.
